Views of Wolf Gap Trail
Where:  Wolf Gap Trailhead.  We will be working along the Wolf Gap access trail doing maintenance and re-routing one section of the trail.  The views are always stellar from this trail  – looking forward to seeing you all.

To reach Wolf Gap, turn at the Deming/Armstrong road near the 9 mile marker of Sterling Creek Rd.  Head towards the Deming Trailhead, drive 3 miles past Deming to the Wolf Gap Trailhead.

When:  Saturday, April 13, 2019     8:30AM-1:30PM (SUTA provides lunch)

What: Trail maintenance on the Sterling Mine Ditch Trail – cutting/digging out encroaching vegetation and a focus on widening the tread in some areas.  We cancel only if heavy rain/snow is forecast. SUTA volunteers will bake homemade snacks.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable hiking or work boots, dress in layers and bring gloves.  Bring water and whatever special snacks you may need.  If you have them, please bring loppers, a pruning saw or a tread tool such as a Pulaski, grubber, rake or sturdy shovel.
